Eagles Now The Favorites OVER THE CHAMPS?
Thank you Eagles. The Green Bay Packers huge target on their back has been lifted. Aaron Rodgers and the boys have just lost a ton of the spot light and the pressure. The smallest market just got shrunk a bit more. THE PACKERS ARE NOW THE UNDER DOG! This after they just won the super bowl with 1/2 their roster hurt. This is perfect.
The Eagles though have just went bonkers in free agency. They have signed (so far)…
Cullen Jenkins and his five games a year he plays. (yep if you didn’t hear they signed him too). the dream team defensive backs that I won’t waste my spell check spelling (Vanna can I get a vowel?). And Former Titans Linebacker, Jason Babin.
Oh yeah, and nut job Vince Young. Dog killer at QB. Hold out De Sean Jackson. All apparent hall of famers (huh?)

This worked out great for the Miami Heat as you can remember. And the returning champs, the Celtics were old and beat down. The Green Bay Packers are just hitting their stride. James Starks and Jermichael Finley HAVE NEVER played a down together. The Packers have to be the favorite. But they are not!
We eluded that Ted Thompson is probably vacationing during this frenzy. And I agree with Teddy. There will be plenty left after everybody spent their cash. No reason to rush. As my dad likes to say: There is a young bull and and old bull on top of a hill overlooking a bunch of cows. The young bull says lets run down the hill and see which one we can breed. The old bull says let’s walk down the hill and breed them all. Patience people.
Yeah, it sucks going through this process. The Packers aren’t getting all the national love. But you know how often this works? Ask Dan Synder and the Redskins. Not often. Remember the best players are taken care of and remain on their team. The misfits go to free agency for one reason or another. Home grown talent is the best talent.
We are the champs, and we don’t have the pressure. This is as good as it gets. Thanks Philly. You can have the pressure.
Lastly, now I can hate the Bears, Vikings, AND the Eagles. Great just more games to watch. Pfuck Philly. GO PACK GO!

yes, yes, and Yes. very well done…was thinking the same thing. The Packers were the sexy pick last pre-season and going into the playoffs last year and I was very uncomfortable with that. Love the perspective.

These free agent made teams NEVER win….except baseball. Football is about the TEAM not a bunch of overpaid dudes…..oh and the Eagles need to keep Vick healthy. Good luck with that.
