Is This Hip?

I am a huge Ricky Rubio fan. Love his game, and love what he did for the TWolves last year (21-20 with him in the lineup, 5-20 after he went down – ouch!). Can’t wait for his return. But here is my question… the early 2000′s Timberlake hat, Beatles hairdo, Erkl glasses, and working man beard. Is this the new look? The guy is defintely way cooler than me, so I guess it must be. Alot of the NBA young guns are sporting the specs and goofy shirts. Are they being ironic? Is there some sort of inside joke I’m missing? Or is this really the look nowadays? You tell me – cool or not?
