2012 Fantasy Re-Draft – Week 4
Hindsight is a little bit worse than adding grapefruit to a lemon lime soda. Adding grapefruit is 50/50, but hindsight is 20/20. Although I love a good Grampa Grafs drink, if the fantasy football season started today, here is how the draft would change.
Instead of Rodgers, Brees, and Brady as your 1, 2, 3 at QB, you probably would have Matt Ryan, Bob Griffin Tre, and Joe Flacco.
Instead of Foster, McCoy, and Rice as your 1, 2, 3 at RB, you probably would have Foster, Rice, and Trent Darby…er, Richardson. Sorry, caught in the wishing well again. This is why you go RB heavy early in the draft, nothing is more predictable than the RB position.
Instead of Calvin Johnson and everyone else at 1 through infinity, you would probably have Calvin Johnson, AJ Green, and Percy Harvin. Percy Harvin?…yep, Percy Harvin. This is why you target WR last in your draft. The only thing more unpredictable is a Kardashian.
Nobody cares about tight ends, kickers, and/or Defenses except for Matthew Berry and Jamey Eiesnberg

Unless you’re in a PPR league, then you gotta get some WRs early. I just so happened to grab Megatron, AJ Green, and Julio within the first 5 rounds. Snagged Percy a few rounds later to start in my FLEX. So far, I have the most points in my league and Reggie Bush is (was) my main RB. RBs are overrated. Although, if you have a guy like Darren Sproles in the PPR you’re going to have a good chance to go off.
